  Yes and yes, though I haven't been to Montreal since 1981. I have fond memories of an all-night diner on the funky Rue St. Catherine and a movie theater playing Caligula. (I didn't see the movie, just remember the marquee.)
  
  I suspect Anticipation will be my only long-distance con this year.
